Compound Fitness was born from a very personal journey. Our founder, Noor, had always been active in his teens and 20s, but as he entered his 30s, life happened, priorities shifted, and fitness took a backseat. One day, he looked at a family photo taken at the pool—belly out, energy low—and thought, “This isn’t who I want to be.” It was his wake-up call.
Determined to change, Noor experimented with diets and workouts, from indoor cycling to kickboxing. Though he lost some weight initially, he soon hit a frustrating plateau. Noor found it difficult to stitch together all the necessary components—nutrition, workouts, and habits—effectively on his own. Everything changed when he met an incredible coach who created a structured program integrating nutrition, exercise, and daily habits. In just six months, Noor dropped another 14kg of fat, doubled his strength, and felt more energized and alive than ever before.
Witnessing firsthand the power of a holistic, personalized program—and inspired by the incredible potential of AI technology—Noor created Compound Fitness. His goal: to make life-changing fitness accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford personal trainers.

The name “Compound Fitness” reflects our belief in the combined power of exercise, nutrition, and daily habits working together, much like the increased effectiveness of lifting with a barbell compared to individual dumbbells. Integrating these elements compounds their individual benefits, creating superior results more efficiently and effectively than addressing them separately.
